Thanks. I was on my phone and failed to scroll over like the rocket surgeon I am…Top row on the right under the word “Hunt” should be the number of hunt drawn.
Good problem to have I reckon.Go figure, I finally decide to use my Utah elk points, draw the tag and now I draw a AZ desert sheep tag. For me it’s always been when it rains it pours.
Quit complaining and quit your job. You can always get a new job. Ask me how I know!Go figure, I finally decide to use my Utah elk points, draw the tag and now I draw a AZ desert sheep tag. For me it’s always been when it rains it pours.
Drew a coues deer tag as well, unit 24A. Figured why notThanks. I was on my phone and failed to scroll over like the rocket surgeon I am…
I drew an October Coues tag. Very excited to hunt something new in an area I have never experienced. It should be a blast.

I like your styleCongrats! I looked pretty hard at 24A. That is the Superstitions, right? Ended up going with 22 because I like some of the old western novels by Louis L’amour and Zane Grey and a few of my favorites were in that area just below the Mogollon. Two birds, one stone so to speak.
The best chance to get into any pre‑rut Coues activity is at the end of December. If I had to pick one stretch of days, I’d hunt the last week of the season over any other week. That’s when you start seeing the classic pre‑rut stuff — bucks checking does, more daylight movement, and younger bucks starting to push around.Drew a late coues hunt (Dec 11-31). Thinking I'll go the last week of the season and hit the archery javelina hunt on Jan 1 (pending drawing).
Any strong opposition from the HuntTalk mafia, or is that a legitimate plan?
