Are these moose or elk droppings?

All of the differing opinions show how difficult it is to differentiate. I find it much easier to tell the difference in moose and elk tracks and they look similar as well.

Even in the spring when they are dumping in wet piles from eating all that new fresh green you can look and see they are actually segmented and each little segment has the dimple and asymmetric oval, but clumped together in a big turd. These fall nuggets are classic. I've never known another ungulate to have similar scat.
