Grew up chasing bunnies with beagles. Dogs help, but aren't necessary. Find some hedgerows, or thickets, just start walking through them. We used 410, or 22s.
We plan to be up there next winter as well. Don't have beagles anymore but plan to chase some anyway. I sure would like to hear those beagles sound off one more time.
