I ran in our local Turkey Trot race this morning so I don't feel too guilty about what I ate today.

It is an odd distance (12K) so that was the first time I ever ran that distance so it was a personal record for me. Ended up running it in 53:51 for a 7:14 average pace. Pretty happy with that.
