Anybody Buying Yet? Where’s the Bottom?

You must be getting close to old man status. When are you going to stop chasing greed, and start chasing security with your investments?
I think what schmalts sees is not anti-capitalism but anti-oligopoly. American has a long history of breaking up oligopolies since the Sherman act: Northern Securities (Railroad trust), American Tobacco, Standard Oil, AT&T. Most Americans the last 18 months see corporations blatantly buying politicians and data centers popping up next door and probably look at tech firms as needing some regulation. Ironic that the market reaction to Google separating Youtube and Facebook splitting off Instagram might very well be positive.

We will see what the next 18 months of DSA crazy talk does for you and your investments. Wish you well.

Hard to get into buzz's head, but I take that comment as buzz being upset that the greedy billionaires cashed out, leaving him holding the bag of dodo. 😁
Funny he's only vocal about things like Trump crashed his 401 with tariffs but not this time. In the end this will pass, i hope, because I still got more than a million left to readjust. I wish I put more in SCHD a year ago. Instead I put a lot in SPYI but that hasn't been so bad either. I kept all my TSM as for me it's been my darling and I feel the safest tech stock because pretty much all the others can't do anything without buying product from them. Currently it's my biggest stock holding. I cashed out a lit of energy ETFs and got rid of all the high div stocks that require a K1 hassle.
