Had a bone in shoulder roast with turnips, potatoes, and carrots from one of my Wyoming lopes from this season tonight.
Not much left.

We really like antelope. Every one that I have killed over the years, was tender and ate just fine. Hard to beat a roast in the Insta Pot, or an oven bag.

Over the years my son and I have taken 5 or 6 antelope, all bucks. Every one has been delicious. Only one was a little tough but still tasted great.
It is by far our favorite game meat, too bad they aren't as big as elk.

I have killed a few bucks and they were good, but the does are really tops.
