Antelope meat recipes?

Looking for antelope meat recipes. Ways folks use this meat.
I have not hunted them in many years,but was given one last week & just offered 2 more from outfitter buddy.
I have venison cook books, but not much mention of antelope.Even Buck,buck,moose is limited and only in venison chapter.

Cook it like any other meat. It is tender and needs nothing special. We cook it like any other venison. A roast in the crockpot is hard to beat with some veggies.


The whole key with antelope is how it was handled prior to getting to the cooking stage.
