Got this guy after 6 days of hunting and seeing quite a few smaller bucks. I took him on the north end of the Ruby valley after missing him the day before. I just couldn't get steady for my shot at just over 300 yards leaning over a barb wire fence and the bi-pod was too short to see him over the brush. 
On the second chance we saw the herd working its way back to where we originally saw them. This gave me a chance to lay on the ground in a clear spot and ranged him at 256 yards and I was able to wait calmly until he was clear for a shot.
Again I used the wifes Rem .270 with Nosler 140 gr Ballistic tips.
He's got nice big prongs and heavy bases.
I'm glad I got to share this hunt with my brother but unfortunately my son is still on fire crew duty. On this day they were actually just north of Wells NV not too far from where we were took the buck.
