American Prairie - 88,000 acres of access

Please dont put words in my mouth. Dont assume anything. Ive asked legitimate questions. No answers just questions back. Why not just hang up the pistols and go back to hunting elk and deer and retirement?? Let eveybody figure it out on their own and stop trying to be their savior.??
You asked for the directors listing and detailed accounting of financial transactions. That was provided.

You asked for the list of the top donors but in 2018 the IRS changed that requirement for most nonprofits and it is no longer required to be reported in the 990. You could probably scrounge up the top donors from 2017 if you wanted. I think you can find them back that far on guidestar.

I remember looking it up at some point and there were some donors from Germany if I remember. You might be able to start claiming they are a bunch of Nazis with that information! Lol.

Looks like I was wrong on the 2017. At some point nonprofits were allowed to provide that information only to the IRS but not on the publicly available 990s.

I found the publicly available 990s and it just shows restricted on the contributors. I do think they had some from Europe though.

2024 Audited financials (ask UPOM for audited financials and see what you get) show a concentration for having a few major donors.

Note 14: Concentration of Contributions or Grants

The Organization is supported by contributions from the public and granting agencies. For the year ended
December 31, 2024, seven major contributors provided 77% of the Organization's combined revenues. The
pledges outstanding from these contributors as of December 31, 2024 totaled $28,491,388. For the year
ended December 31, 2023, eight major contributors provided 77% of the Organization's combined revenues.
The pledges outstanding from these contributors as of December 31, 2023 totaled $34,660,905.

Maybe call and ask who those major contributors are if you want. The IRS allowed nonprofits to restrict the names of individual donors because the nonprofits claimed that solicitors were mining their 990 returns for rich people to hassle asking for money or trying to scam so they quit making them put peoples names on the publicly available ones.

Seems like you got most of your illegitimate questions answered. How about you start answering some of these questions for UPOM? You have been asked numerous times, yet nothing. What are you hiding?

Is cornflake the same person as Raisin Bran and Cap’n Crunch? Seems like the same MO. Lots of conjecture, no substance.
