Close to 200 gross. Great buck and pictures. Age wise, hard to say, but I wouldn't be surprised if he is four.

Age 5, 190 to 200 gross.
I largely agree with the answers rolling in. He seems clearly young to me, 4-5 years old and has all the potential in the world to blow up next year. He gave a bit of a scare and was injured due to some rut injury for about a month and a half on his leg but recovered and is fully healthy now. I had someone guess 7-8 years old and I thought they were way overestimating his age. His face and body features look very young to me.
We may as well add the width and score into the guesses along with age.

205" 5.5 yr old buck, 25" inside spread, 32" outside.
