More than I care to admit, less than I probably should. Just saying that LA isn't known for it's liberal policies.
That is fair.

People here get along much better than what is portrayed, though I suppose that probably goes for most places. I sure don’t feel all the social strife that I hear about when I am out and about. Most folks are plumb neighborly regardless of race, religion sexual orientation, political leanings, etc. But of course there are always exceptions and it seems like we mostly only hear about the exceptions.

I did enjoy my time in the Pelican State. Great people overall, just like everywhere else.

Kinda sad everyone had to share a tooth though.

No kidding. These younger folks I see couldn’t rip their way out of a wet paper sack let alone hold their own in a minor scrape. I live in Colorado though home of the sandal wearing hippies holding a coffee cup everywhere they go.
