This week in Minnesota...

I'm headed to northern MN Wednesday. It will be a bit chilly fishing but still manageable. We will see if I'll actually need gloves and a facemask but I'm not quite sure it will be required.

No joke - My grandpa always defined "too cold" as the point in which water freezes before it hits the ground. He would take a glass of water, open up the door and toss the water up into the air and if the water would freeze and shatter before it hit the driveway, it was officially too cold to go outside and do anything.

For those curious, the air temp needs to hit about -20 for that to happen.

Hunting Wife just edged us. -22 this morning. But our windchill was -45. It was refreshing putting the garbage cans out at the road today.

Got a text that it was -60 wind chill this morning back at the office. I really don’t want to go back.
