Took the dog for a walk for the first time this season and had some success. I felt pretty fortunate considering both places we stopped had fairly fresh boot and dog tracks.

Practically like shooting a unicorn this year it seems, bird numbers seem to seriously be in the tank so much that I’m feeling bad hunting my dogs for them to work so hard with nothing to show. I’m super jealous!

Took the pup for one more hunt today and had a lone rooster that held. It was a good way to end my season.
