Got a chance to take out Tate so he could chase some deer around in the late WA rifle season. He is knee deep in b-ball right now so it was hard to get him out. He got this guy at 80 yds. on our 3rd day trip. He thinks this hunting thing is easy, his 3rd buck in 3 years hunting at 12. He will learn the truth soon enough, I won't spoil it for him.

I also was finally able to do a solo trip back to MT to try and find a buck. Found this guy chasin a doe about 4 hours into the hunt on the Monday before Thanksgiving. As I was taking these pictures another buck walked right thru this burn area with his nose to the ground about a hundred yards out, never looked up and never saw me.

Good job putting the smile on the young mans face. I thought I was the only one that carried red tape??

He looks nice and comfortable with his head laying on your bag like a pillow. takin a little nap

Nice work. How do you like your Huskemaw?

Love it. Just put in on over the summer. A good friend is a dealer here in Spokane, he also did all the calcs, load development and got it dialed in initially. Way more to it than I ever imagined. 500yds is a chip shot anymore, dingin plates all fall at 925 in 20mph winds.Very impressed with the clarity. And after that I shot this buck at 200, but I'm ok with that. :)
