92 hunt timing.

I can swing 7 or 8 days to hunt this tag. Thinking about the first week of Oct.
But could do anytime from the 1st of Oct until the end of season.

I would like to have less pressure but will be flying in and renting a truck and imagine they frown on getting it stuck so thinking early may lessen the chance of weather but know it's wy and it changes whenever it wants.

If anyone has hunted it or spent time in the area I would appreciate any input on road conditions. or anything else they want to share.

I wouldn’t let road conditions dictate when you hunt. A few sections of Bar X road can get greasy when wet but doesn’t take long to dry.

Not letting them dictate but wouldn't want to lose hunting time because I can't get around in a rental.

Early is easy going when it’s dry, but later it may be mostly frozen to your benefit. No free lunch, I’d pick the dates you like and hope for the best.
