7mm-08?

Seems like the 6.5's and the 280 AI have overshadowed this fine round. I have not heard much about the 7mm-08 of late. Any good words for America's best non-magnun 7mm, IMO.

I carried a Remington 700 for nearly 20 years in 7mm-08 and killed several deer, a couple coyotes, and pigs with that round. It’s a fine cartridge for medium-sized game and pretty similar to the 6.5 Creedmoor, at least within 200-300 yards. I will be retiring it this fall and swapping out with a new Bergara B-14 in 6.5 CM (that I won in a raffle), haha. So now I’ll be getting in on that action.
