For me anything at 190gr and up H-1000 has worked very well.

IMR 4350 Barnes TTSX 168 grain to 180 grain and Berger 175 grain are my go to in Colorado. What do you guy's like to load in your 300 win mags? I've got a pile of H4350 and IMR 4350 but here good stuff about H1000. Gun really likes 200gr bullets of that matters. But I have everything from 125gr-220gr and everything in-between for 30 cal that I plan on playing with.
The gun is shooting half inch moa with 78gr of h1000 behind a 200gr Partition. Working up a load currently for 180gr Accubonds and it's looking promising. On the other hand I am having a time trying to dial in the 220 gr semi spitzer Partitions. Tried a few different loads and just can't get much better the 1.5 moa.Any updates wild ??? I’m really liking the 215M, 77 ish grains of h1000 and 215 hybrid or 212 eldx both shoot very well for me.
Same. My 300w loved it.Reloder 22 If you can find it.
Speed kills. mtmuleyFwiw, I’m shooting a 166gr Hammer with 74.6gr of RL 19 out of mine.
Indeed. Just a hair under 3200fps.Speed kills. mtmuley
Speed kills but accuracy is final.Indeed. Just a hair under 3200fps.
I'm partial to H1000 because it's so consistent and I know the jug I bought this year will produce the same results as the jug i boight 8 years ago.The gun is shooting half inch moa with 78gr of h1000 behind a 200gr Partition. I’m getting about 3/4” at 100ydsSpeed kills but accuracy is final.
So when I first got the gun I ran a bunch of different factory loads from 150gr-200gr. The gun shot everything pretty well with Nosler custom 200gr accubonds definitely being the best and the groups slightly yet consistently opening up as bullet grain went down. As for brass prep I'll be honest I could almost certainly do a better job. It's definitely clean but I should be more diligent with trimming and sizing.I'm partial to H1000 because it's so consistent and I know the jug I bought this year will produce the same results as the jug i boight 8 years ago.
-VV powders can become unobtainum for months to years at a time during shortages or for no reason at all so I stopped loading anything with their powders.
-Ive never used RL but it has a solid fan base for a good reason, I just got hooked on H1000 and stopped searching.
Are you doing full prep on the brass? Have you shot factory loads through the rifle to give you a baseline of what it prefers?
