They are out there. Unfortunately internet fame spurs them on. When someone working age spends all their time driving to multiple states truing to shoot more than a couple turkeys a year, thats usually a red flag. having four turkeys at once also is. Most people here cant shoot 1 bird per season for 4 consecutive seasions, let alone 4 in one day.

2 of the worst poachers I know of died as old men and were never caught. They made it their life’s work.

Especially now days with vehicles with air conditioning and even cooled seats they can stay out all day long.
