That was a great game. I thought the Czechs outplayed CAN most of the game, but Canada at 3v3 is just about unstoppable.

Man, Czech had a hell of a look to end it on 3v3 before Marner took it back the other way.. Quite the finish. I didn't have Czechs on the board as being that tough but boy were they. Pretty sad for czech goalie to let that bad angle backhander get past him..

And he had just stopped two good looks from Nate and Toews before they changed.

I really wish IIHF just had NHL Playoff style overtimes for elimination games. I realize there are challenges with timing when all the games are at one arena (one and a half, I guess) - and you just can't have a game go to 2-3 OT's or the late game starts at 11:00pm.

If anything, at LEAST for the medal round games where scheduling is easier. If the gold medal game comes down to 3v3 it seems a little lame at best.

They played a hell of a game, especially considering how their first game against Canada went 5-0.

Let's hope Crosby recovers quickly and is back on the ice for the semi-finals!
