2026 bears

Question for @Big Sky Guy, Can you age bears by days instead of years.
We use assumed or "standard" birthdays for all animals. For black and brown bears we use 1-February. So, yes, technically we could. However, in reality we do not know when each bear (or any wild animal) is being born so it would be an age in days with a given assumed birthday. So that bear posted above of @Frequently Banned Troll 's future son-in-law and his friends, if say harvested May 15 would almost certainly be aged as 1, but you could say it is 469 days old if you wanted to make it sound older 🤷‍♂️.
