2025 sheds

Pagosa · Apr 14, 2025

Found this one in about 30-40 minutes of looking/glassing. I spent another 5-6 hours walking out the area and didn't find anything. I did glass 7 bulls higher up that I will try later in early May

Went for a quick hike a couple of miles from our house last night and found this five point shed. It was a beautiful evening so this was just a bonus!

Might be beginners luck but I'll take a day like that any day. Pretty damn good for a couple of first timers out there. Spring time is magic!

The back of a horse offers an elevated view that is pretty advantageous!

Did a quick blitz to NM. Found 8 elk and a match mule deer set. Picked up a full trash bag of cans and water bottles from the mountains too.

Followed up my three day venture and 35 miles with some delicious food and a beer.

Nice work, especially on the trash. I’ve started carrying a shopping bag in my pack for this issue.
