2025 gear game changer- wows!

I think the only thing I had that was different this year was a triad cheek rest for my rifle. Relatively inexpensive, and good for those who are squeamish about drilling holes in your stock. Plus the shell loops are on the INSIDE.
I put one on my wife's rifle this last year and she loves it. I was worried about drilling the stock but then I decided its a piece of plastic and I need it to fit her. With that said I won't drill any of my wood stocks.

after how many reloads would you anneal?
I plan to just do it every time with this thing. Lightning fast and easy. Alleged way to get very consistent neck tension and increases brass life. I’ve used it a couple evenings and have already done about 800 pieces of brass. 6.5prc,223 and 7-08. I can’t think of how much I’d hate doing that with a propane torch.

There are a few guys shooting BPCR silhouette that anneal after each firing. It's easier on brass and gives better neck tension. The new annealing machines make it fast and easy.

Yah I had a buddy who got to experience that first hand, warn me. Its only a matter of time before it happens. Ive been trying to baby it but im pretty hard on trucks. Probably inevitable. Thanks though.👍

Multiple companies make a simple aluminum or 3d printed protector.

Haven't ordered one yet, so not a 2025 item. But for 2026 Im going to be using a little 1oz usb power bank powered air pump to blow up my sleeping pad. Second use will be super charging my wood stove when wood is questionable or slow to light. Cost is around $20-30 and it may or may not get a permanent place in the bag. But i really like the idea.

Installed my ping live mini sonar today. Along with new lithium batteries and a charger. Gunna be sweet.

Either that tine is thicc or that bugle tube is tiny 🤣
Definitely the latter. May be able to bring a full length toothbrush with how small that thing is.

I’ve named the .300 WM “Dale”. I bought maybe7 years ago after reading through multiple threads about “the ultimate elk cartridge.” There was one guy that consistently advocated for the .30 cal 😂. Finally got around to mounting a scope.
