I've heard this from other people. Maybe it's true. I guess we'll see. However, Ohio State vs Indiana was a 3 pt game, and Ohio State obviously doesn't follow the same approach.

One thing I heard was Cignetti was having easier practices to keep from getting players hurt. If you look at how many Indiana have out, it's a low number compared to other teams they played. That seems like something to follow no matter how old the players are or how the team recruits.

Fair point, OSU is a different beast as is Georgia and probably a few others.

Never imagined IU would be in a football championship game before they were in another BB final!

On a different note, talked to my brother down in Wyoming and he said earlier has had a several conversations with people that are mentioning UWYO going to the Big Sky conference. I doubt seriously that anything comes of it, too much money but it would be nice to see the Pokes play competively maybe.

I’m no scout, but I played a lot of team sports and football in college. Seen a lot of guys like him. Not from a talent perspective, but as a team/locker room guy. Maybe a new setting will fix that, but it generally doesn’t fix someone’s attitude.

80% chance he ends up back in the portal because the Ducks will make him be in a QB competition and loses.

20% he figures it out and becomes a big time contributor/star there.

I think it all came from his cosplay after TT rejecting him then - Oregon throttled TT. Mahomes lost a bet, put on the Oregon uni, and thus raiola can now cosplay in the last college uniform mahomes has been seen in.

Expect his performance to be mostly nfl jamarcus russel with occasional flashes of cosplay Mahomes, around 10% of the time.

Raiola might end up being something…….but he’s got to be one of the biggest douches at the position I’ve seen in a long time. Like Stocker, I’ve had 2 years of watching him up close. He’s the furthest thing from a “team guy” and leader, which I think is an important part of being a quarterback. His demeanor reminds me a lot of Caleb Williams. He’s also chubby and slow in the pocket, and while he has great arm strength, I’m not sure he possesses the same strength with his brain as he makes a lot of dumb ass decisions on the field

So far, the only good news out of the weekend was Oregon’s entire starting defensive line. Some who were on the draft board all chose to come back to play for Oregon. Some back ups hit the portal butt you’re always gonna lose some back ups whatever
