Not much of an opponent despite their record last year, but my Dawgs started off the season with a dub. Next week’s opponent, Austin Peay, is working on an upset of a perennially strong MTSU right now

There's optimism in Ann Arbor, looks like the Wolverines have found a quarterback. Underwood turned 18 two weeks ago but looked prepared for his opportunity.
Next week will be a true test against Oklahoma.

Got to admit, with nearly every other family member siding/going to the Beavs over the years, for the oldest daughter to break the mold and graduate a Duck at least gave me a real team to cheer for lol. She was right down the hall from Marcus’s girlfriend (back then) so I got to know him a bit as well….good times!

I can see a scenario in which 5 of the top 10 ranked teams are from the Big Ten within a few weeks.

I suspect it is going to be an epic battle for the conference championship this year.

I can, too. They own the poll voters and most of the better teams don't play each other. ... kind of like last year. . But, maybe they fixed the scheduling for this year.

100% agree. Ducks always put up the numbers under Chip but the D just couldn’t get over the hump against those SEC teams. Speed is great but at some point we needed the brawn to go with it! That Penn St game will be telling!
