It’s both , seems like this year Oregons going even farther outside the box with unis , last weeks was crazy cool

Lsus signature win is narrowly getting by clemson (who sucks), tenn lost to the only decent team they played (ga), vandys signature win is beating a laughably over rated SC team.

PSU, ORE, and OSU would slap everyone of those teams, badly.

Oregon is one of the toughest places for a road team to win in any college football stadium, the stadium was built down inside of a hill way back in the day and I’m sure they didn’t realize when they designed it it would trap all the sound and not let it escape which is why it’s a 60,000 seat stadium but most people think it’s the loudest stadium in college football major majority of any coach from opposing team that’s played there says as much

Oregon home record is 141-24 in the last 25 years at home and is 38-1 since 2019 the only loss was to the Huskies in Lannings first season
Oregon also has the longest non conference Home winning streak in the nation it’s around 35 straight, Ducks haven’t lost a home non conference home game since sept 2007

If they both win this weekend - I think the Ducks have a tougher test - next weekend should be national TV worthy….

Last years Ohio State at Oregon was considered by most ducks the biggest game in the history of AUTZEN stadium so that would qualify, the B1G 10 championship would qualify putting Lanning at 1-1 in conference championship games , 2-1 bowl games

Big wins is more subjective to people’s opinion, lots of the Lions podcasts I’ve listened this week to are calling Saturdays game the biggest in the history of Happy Valley because of expectations for their team.

I feel like the Ducks are playing with house money this weekend.
