2012 Success

I had this buck broadside in the scope at 75 yards 3 minutes into my morning hunt yesterday. We decided to not end the hunt so quickly and look around a little more. We looked over 12 more bucks before deciding that this one was actually the biggest. We went back and I shot him in the same spot that he was earlier at 9:30AM, only it was a 250 yard shot that time. It's hard to see in the pictures, but he has little "sticker" points that extend .5" off both horns. He is a heavy unique buck, length is right around 14.5". He is going to look good on the wall!

Thanks guys. Taxi green scored him at 80 6/8" Lots of mass helped, short prongs didn't help but I couldn't be happier. The little sticker points are way cool to me!
