Have to use available topography for blind set-ups when the river is out of it's banks.
Day one, a single 2 year old comes to the call and meets his waterloo at 8:15, Tyler has his first Idaho gobbler.
Day 2 same set-up, Adrian has the patience to pass on Jakes at very close range and his patience pays off when we are alerted by a close range phhhhhhht-hmmmmmm, close the book on a fine 3 year old Rio, now with only 2/3 of his original beard! He fell about 5' from our day 1 bird!
Time for a nap for this guy, then off to see Elton John tonight.
