    Colorado Elk - Unit 71

Thanks for the reply! I'm just curious, I'm familiar with going "deep" and "away from trails and roads" in the NE. But in these parts, when you say deep, what distances are you referring to? 1 mile? 3 miles? 5+? I'm just trying to get an idea here. Thanks again!!

    Colorado Elk - Unit 71

Hey, everyone! I'm going on my first CO Elk hunt later this year. I decided to go through Storm Peak Outfitters at Circle K Ranch. I've scoured the threads trying to find some info on the outfit but couldn't really find anything. I guess no news is good news. That being said I want to focus...

Whats the camping situation in or around the Public Land/Walk-In Access area in Harding and Butte county? Are there any permits needed? And is there a maximum amount of days that you can be in one spot?

    South Dakota (NR) Archery Information

Hey y'all! So I've gone over a ton of literature on SD's Game, Fish and Park website along with quite a few other threads and forums. Correct me if I'm wrong but is South Dakota's NR Archery (any) Deer tags true OTC? Can you choose either West River, East River or State wide? And do draws only...

Unfortunately, no. That’s what I was worried about as well the limited amount of public.

Colorado Eastern Plains DYI Mule Deer (Archery)

So after much deliberation and forum persuasion I've decided to focus my efforts away from Nebraska and back on Colorado. I have a limited amount of funds, gear and overall resources for this trip. I will also, more than likely, be on my own. Because of that I'm looking for units that are near...

Any last gasp deer hunters out there?

I pushed my 2020/2021 season a bit further and decided to do a bit of winter bow in NJ. Goes till Jan 31 (Feb 20th in some parts). Still after it. Gluck to the rest!

NEBRASKA - Archery Mule Deer DIY OTC

Hey all! New to the site! Non-resident hunter here from the Northeast looking for some help and whatever bit of information anyone is willing to share. I’m not asking for honey holes but just a general direction as to where I may be able to find some mulies. I unfortunately do not have the...
