Wyoming app/system issues

Buy 2nd rifle Colorado otc tag for all units??
Hey guys. Never hunted Colorado before..my son and I drew deer tags in an otc elk unit. Can I just buy one otc elk tag and be able to hunt all otc units with one otc tag or is it just unit specific??…I’m having a tough time interpreting the otc tags..thanks!- TN VOL

Jackson, WY Elk 2023 winterkill?
Hey guys..my son and I are thinking of doing a wilderness guided elk hunt south of Jackson, WY..I know the deer got hit hard for this past winter, are the elk doing ok? Mostly looking at hunting the WY range units: 92, 94, 85, 86. Thanks for any feedback! -

Does anyone know if it’s required to buy the $97.50 hunting license prior to applying for the draw?? I thought it was and I just applied my family of 5 and we all are in the draw without purchasing the $97.50 non refundable license that you used to be required to purchase? Shoulder MT elk season

New Mexico Landowner Tag resell?
