Elkslayer 100 thanks i hope you can help. So far i have found out on this thread that; 1. Deer over 170 arent possible unless i pay $2000 to access private land 2. No one knows who those land owners are 3. Those landowners dont have more than 100 acres. 4. All private land is now under weapons... -

I drew the 261 permit this year. I dont know much about the unit. I wont have time to scout. And probably only a couple days to hunt. Can someone tell where i can shoot a good buck on this unit. I have this 375HH built on an enfield action, hart Barrel, Jager trigger and beautifull peice of walnut. Ivory inlays in the stock. I bought this gun from the man that had it built. It was built in Missoula in the 50's or early 60's. My eye has wandered and time for a new toy. $1000.00 owns it.- Hntnhrd
