    Bear meat?

    Bear meat is mild and lean if it's trimmed down to just muscle. I cut steaks from the backstraps. I cut roasts and steaks out of the hind quarters and burger and sausage the remainder of the animal.

    Elk Mount

    Iv'e got a crate shipping cross country right now with Yellow Frieght. It isn't cheap, but so far they have handled me and my phone calls professionally. Hopefully, they treat my crate just as good, I'll know on thursday.
