MT Missouri River Breaks ticks during archery?
Does anyone know if the breaks in Central Montana have ticks during elk archery season? My sons and I are hunting that area in 1 week! I started thinking about how bad ticks and chiggers are from where we’re from..should we bring some tick spray? We normally hunt in rifle season for elk so ticks... -

WY general elk tag point creep 2025??
I believe last year it took 5 points in the regular pool to draw the West gen tag..what’s everyone think it’ll take this year?? 5.5 or 6 points or does it plateau out??- TN VOL

NM elk archery vs rifle hunting?
My son and I are considering buying some NM LO tags..yes I know they’re stupid expensive. We’re looking at units that aren’t top tier but are supposed to be pretty good. Buy 2nd rifle Colorado otc tag for all units??
Hey guys. Never hunted Colorado before..my son and I drew deer tags in an otc elk unit. Can I just buy one otc elk tag and be able to hunt all otc units with one otc tag or is it just unit specific??…I’m having a tough time interpreting the otc tags..thanks!- TN VOL

Jackson, WY Elk 2023 winterkill?

Does anyone know if it’s required to buy the $97.50 hunting license prior to applying for the draw?? I thought it was and I just applied my family of 5 and we all are in the draw without purchasing the $97.50 non refundable license that you used to be required to purchase? Shoulder MT elk season
