...2 things that stuck out to me were: 1."Archery elk licenses are totally limited in units 54, 55 and 551"...I don't know exactly what that means...but I think it means there will be a cap on OTC archery tags for these units. I generally pass a few each season trying to get something better. Sometimes it pays off....sometimes it doesn't. Here's one I passed opening morning in Arizona at 40 yards a few seasons back.......never had another opportunity for a decent buck. Just part of the game.
