I was told in a letter from fish and game that a person can indeed transfer points to another person. I was looking into doing it for my brother as I had one deer point left when I moved to Wyoming. Hey now, not all of California is beaches and Hollywood. We had -18 a few years ago in Northeastern CA. It used to always get down below zero a few days every year. Not as much anymore. But I know what you’re saying. We got out of CA. For the same reasons nobody likes them. To many fruits and nuts.- NECALI
