I'm not an expert but I have missed out on a couple very big Billys because of this reason. They seem to stay in the general area, so I feel waiting until a better opportunity arises. There was one toad of a goat, that I guessed his exit route incorrectly and...
He seems good. My guess would be a younger goat (3-5 years old) as he lacks that old horse face look and mass. The older goats just look old, this guy deserves a closer look for sure though.
I also am seeing very poor numbers of Chukars and Huns in an area I have hunted for years. I guess we have to take the good with the poor, been some really good bird hunting the past few years.
Not an expert, but things that stand out to my little bit of experience; Good inner hole and looks to drop to the bottom of the jaw, also carries mass quite well out to the thirds. I'm guessing 37" on that side we can see based on hole and drop, but don't know on the bases of rams in that area...

Outfitter or Guide, Seems there are two different things here being discussed under the term "Guide" In my experience a guide is hired by the outfitter most of the time, yes there are guides that are also the outfitter but think a discussion on "guides" needs to be clarified.
