To answer your question about quality of life, Yes, they can get along fine. My 15 year chessie is deaf, and blind or almost blind, hard to say. No birds taken but a great time anyway. video
Took my red setter, star, up on the cross O ranch today. I haven't been hunting this year due to a hip replacement so this would be my 4th hunt of the season. Round Question
I have shot a few elk with my 264 using the 140 grain bullet. I would use the partition, I have had barns go all the way throught and not open up. Like Ultrahunter said, its all in where you hit them.- grousehunter 61
