All the season/tag setting was done by mid afternoon on the 20th IIRC.

I listened to the elk section (chapter 7) on day 1 and I can’t make sense of any of it. 2:15:00-3:10:00. How do I find which changes to the proposal were approved by the commission? Am I looking in the wrong place?

Unless they made specific amendments to any part of it during that discussion, the draft put before them is what was approved. Their notebooks, including draft regs before them are available at the G and F website under the commission tab, then “Commission Meeting Notebook - April”.

Proposed changes passed with only a tweak to area 61 antelope that I recall. The 2020 regs will be on the webiste in the next week or two after signed by the appropriate parties. They'll be up well before any app/modify/withdraw deadlines come.
