Wyoming General Youth Only Elk Tags??

Can someone explain this option to me? Looking at Unit 21 for Elk. Is there so many tags just for youth and its a separate drawing? Im a little confused because If its just for the cost why would there be a YOUTH ONLY option? thought all youths in any unit got reduced prices on tags?

No on separate drawing. Youth is reduced costs and sometimes different seasons. For 21 Gen season they open it for youths a couple days before everyone else and allow any elk for the whole season.

THANK YOU for clarifying that..... I should of just looked at the dates and limitations a little closer. I thought it was possibly something like that since I couldn't find any specific drawing odds for youth only
