Wyoming changing season structures

Just read something that wyoming is proposing a change in how they set seasons to a 3 year structure. Maybe I missed the thread on that. @BuzzH @jmor @ccc23454 any opinions on this?

Idaho does 4 years I believe.
It often leads to multiple bad winters and die offs without tag adjustments and big population swings.
My favorite thing about Wyoming's game management is that they are quick to react when things happen. Adjustments to seasons and tag limits minimize population swings.
