Leftover tags are like leftovers in the fridge.

Hard to know how long they'll last, if you really want them or not, or if they are still any good!

If you choose a unit with limited access I would strongly suggest a GPS with an onXmaps chip.

Impossible (or at the very least nearly impossible) to do a hunt like this in one of those units without a chip, IMO. It's definitely doable, though. I did the same thing a few years ago with my dad and had a great time. Give yourself enough time to really learn the area. If you're planning on hunting opening day I'd show up a day or 2 early to come up with a plan. In my experience, later in the year things settle down, but the antelope have learned by then.

I drew unit 20-1 Has anyone hunted this area?
