WY points are open.

I just looked up my point and it says as of 6/17 here are your points. Why doesn't it show the correct amount (additional points after 6/17)?

mine too. I can’t remember exactly when it showed up last year, but I think the “fiscal year” for points in wyoming just ends on oct 31 and then they do the so called “closing of the books” and tally it up. Wait for everyone to finish buying and then tally up the points, instead of tally everyone’s individually along the way
