WY or ID guided cow elk hunts

My dad is getting older and he's always wanted to hunt out west so I figured it would be a nice gift to get him a guided cow elk hunt this season to put some meat in the freezer. Does anybody know if there are outfitters or ranches that still have tags for this season? Figured it might be a long shot, but it couldn't hurt to ask.

WY area 6 always has leftover cow tags. I'm not not familiar with outfitters in the area though. Iron mountain outfitters is the only one I can think of.

I'd look for a unit 48 landowner from the ones left. You should be able to find something. Call the access coordinator for the area and the game warden, they should get you pointed in the right direction.
