WY Historical Female Quota Info

Is there somewhere on the WY G&F website where you can find the dates from each spring when the female quotas were met and the seasons were closed? I can find info about Spring 2019 closures, but I wasn't sure if they posted the historical dates from previous springs as well. Just curious if someone knows. Doing some research.
