WY guaranteed landowner tags

I assume that hunt is in unit 23, which still has several hundred private land tags available.

False advertising/shorthand description of a leftover tag is the most likely explanation imo.

Seven minutes, and you were on the thread. That's pretty funny and no I don't mean it to be insulting. I just truly thought it was comical

I’m confused still. How are these people’s expectations satisfied if they pay $5,000, show up, and cannot shoot an antelope because there are no landowner tags that can be bought like that?

The thought is that they're not actually landowner tags but rather left over private land only tags, and they are just calling them "landowner " tags because it sounds good to clients willing to pay that much, or just using generic language from other adds. Guessing they don't usually sell out.

You can buy one right now and call it what you want.

Leftover, landowner tag, NR OTC, or the Rack Daniel special.

Add a couple preference points and a tag and you are in the ballpark of what they are charging.

That’s not how it works in Wyoming.

This is not actually a transferable landowner tag- they do not have them. This is a leftover tag you can go buy right now on the WGFD website.
