AZ is working to fix all those issues. I didn’t get a time line from them but improvements are coming.

That is encouraging. I mean, up to this revelation, there is no indication of a desire much less a deadline within AZ F&G. I will set a reminder to check for improvement in the AZ system for 23 years from now. I don't want to put pressure on them by some unrealistic deadline less than that timeline.

MT is a shit show if you have kids applying. I have four in the system, but have to call to have them look up results and/or verify points because I don't have five separate email addresses. They also deleted one of my twins and gave all her points to the other because their system just can't contemplate how two people with the same address and last name can have the same birthday. The people I've talked to on the phone have been helpful and friendly, however.
