Whitetails near Kaycee

I still have an unfilled general deer tag, so I'm hoping to get a meat doe before it's too late.

My searches so far on here for the Kaycee area basically turned up some infamous hotel stays and stories of parking nazi's.... I'm already a big Chris Ledoux fan so I've got that checked off too.

Anyone hunted late season whitetails in the 30/32/33/163/169 units? I'm open to paying a reasonable trespass fee, unless there's a chance at deer on the public areas. Just looking to take my little boys out and get a doe.

Check out landowner access via the WGFD website. There are a couple offering access in 29 at least.

Few around there. Never seen one on the hoof on public.

There are some down in the Powder River, but I never have seen them. I haven't hunted up there for a few years, though.
