151 Gross. Western MT buck. Took me two years to get him in range. Shot him on the eighth day at 9 yards with my bow. He shed his velvet the day before.

Great thread! I love hunting whitetails! This is my biggest. Got him last year. Missed him 2 weeks before with the bow went back on opening day of rifle season when everyone else was after elk! Got him at last light. He’s kind of ugly but I like it I have lots of trail cam pics of him and he broke off his back tine and end of his main beam on the nontypical side. His typical side was just over 80”… 15 points over an inch, grossed 151 as he is.

Missouri and Montana. I’ve killed a decent number of 100-120” bucks over the years in addition to these two good bucks. I hunt mainly public and the big boys are rarely seen.

My biggest so far. Slept in due to rain, bumped him and a doe on the walk in. They were in very thick brush for a decent time. Can call finally got him to circle, I thought he was a spike when I shot him, must have only saw the G2’s. Swore to my buddy that wasn’t what I shot at, but he lay at the end of my blood trail. First and last time for ground growth vs shrinkage. MD vet hunt ‘20 or ‘21, covid era.
