Where to eat in Casper Wyoming

Leaving this week for Wyoming to do some cow elk hunting. Where is good place to eat in Casper?

I’ve eaten at both, it’s where the Mexican workers eat lunch. Real deal and no pants shitting was done.

Frida’s is the best Mexican food in town.
Pancho’s is great also.

Branding Iron or Wyoming Ale Works for burger type stuff.

HQ for bbq

J’s is also reliably good.

Eggington’s has great breakfast and lunch.

Wonder Bar has been gone for like 8 years. Was a neat place. The restaurant in its place now is quite poor.

Wonder Bar was great, its a shame it closed. Fire Rock is good but it's loud in there. La Cocina is good.

Himalayan Indian Cuisine, downtown somewhere, kind of in a basement if I remember correctly. Has been a favorite stop for us every time we get down that way. Food and service have been great each time.

I liked the chicken fried steak with green chile sausage gravy at GMa's Diner.

We just got back from hunting 47 (stayed outside Casper) and ate twice that week at Mac's Smokehouse Bar& Grill. First time was because it was close to the airport when we got there. Good enough to make the second trip in the week. Brisket, sausage and pulled pork were all very good, tots were very good, and the mac and cheese was great too. Decent prices and healthy portions. It is in kinda a weird location but the chow is first rate.
