What's on the smoker today?

Skin on bone out chicken thighs with Deez Nutz Pecan rub. Also was the first time the weather permitted Moose burgers. Kinders Carmelized Onion Burger rub mixed in. Didn't even think of snapping a pic before they were demolished. Pellet Grill.
 
Was given a pitbarrel cooker Saturday, cooked up some direct heat skin-on chicken thighs Sunday.

Cooked at 350° til 200° IT, skin side down the entire cook. Mopped with Lincoln County Mop sauce (I'll throw a link to the video where I learned of it below).

Then today I found a killer deal while scrolling marketplace.
Couple is moving to Montana Wednesday and needed to sell their smoker quick. Luckily I was the first to message them.
Scored this Old Country for $200!

Smoked a 20lb turkey today….no pictures :( who ever said it takes hours and hours to smoke a turkey is mistaken. In 2 hours it was 130-140 degrees already when cooking at 275ish. It was done like two hours before lunch.
