Ok. Sorry for the post of half eaten ribs! Couldn’t get a pic fast enough before the family dug in! It seemed to b a hit! I used a Worcestershire and balsamic spritz which created a dark delicious bark.

Tomorrow is the start of our annual men's fishing trip at church, so I figured we'd kick it off in style this year.

Found a 10# shoulder on sale yesterday for $10. Just had to buy it. Went into the fridge with dry rub last night, going on the smoker before bedtime tonight.

I used a Worcestershire and balsamic spritz which created a dark delicious bark.

That sounds delicious! I’ll have to try it.

I have to fire up the smoker this afternoon for 6 racks of pork ribs. They were seasoned yesterday and are wrapped up staying cold in a cooler.

Doing some wings for the race today. Cajun BBQ rub smoked with apple wood. Will toss with BBQ sauce and put them in the oven for a bit before eating.

I threw a chicken, I had brined overnight, on the smoker after lunch. Smoked for about 4 hours and then another hour and a half to finish it. No pictures but it was good. Simple microwave potatoes and cooked broccoli to go with it.
